ServiceInterval:Every25hours—Inspectthedrive
beltforwearordamage.
Every200hours—Replacethedrive
belt.
Replacethebeltifyoundanysignsofwear,cracks,or
damageorafter200operatinghours,whichevercomes
rst.
Toreplacethedrivebelt,completethefollowing
procedure:
Note:Tocompletethisprocedure,youwillneeda
sturdymetalhooktodisconnecttheidlerpulleyspring,
suchastheSpringRemovalTool(Toropartnumber
92–5771)availablefororderfromyouAuthorized
ServiceDealer.
1.Lowertheloaderarms,stoptheengine,andremove
thekey.
2.Openthehood.
3.Connectthehookonthespringremovaltooltothe
hookontheidlerpulleyspring,anddisconnectthe
springfromthestudasillustratedinFigure46.
