Important:Beforeinstallingtheattachment,
ensurethatthemountplatesarefreeofanydirtor
debrisandthatthepinsrotatefreely.Ifthepinsdo
notrotatefreely,greasethem.
1.Positiontheattachmentonalevelsurfacewith
enoughspacebehindittoaccommodatethe
tractionunit.
2.Starttheengine.
3.Tilttheattachmentmountplateforward.
4.Positionmountplateintotheupperlipofthe
attachmentreceiverplate(Figure19).

5.Raisetheloaderarmswhiletiltingbackthemount
plateatthesametime.
Important:Theattachmentshouldberaised
enoughtocleartheground,andthemount
plateshouldbetiltedallthewayback.
6.Stoptheengine.
7.Engagethequickattachpins,ensuringthattheyare
fullyseatedinthemountplate(Figure20).
Important:Ifthepinsdonotrotatetothe
engagedposition,themountplateisnot
fullyalignedwiththeholesintheattachment
receiverplate.Checkthereceiverplateand
cleanitifnecessary.

Ifyoudonotfullyseatthequickattachpins
throughtheattachmentmountplate,the
attachmentcouldfalloffofthetractionunit,
crushingyouorbystanders.
Ensurethatyourquickattachpinsarefully
seatedintheattachmentmountplate.
ConnectingtheHydraulicHoses
Iftheattachmentrequireshydraulicsforoperation,
connectthehydraulichosesasfollows:
1.Stoptheengine.
2.Movetheauxiliaryhydraulicsleverforward,
backward,andbacktoneutraltorelievepressure
atthehydrauliccouplers.
3.Movetheauxiliaryhydraulicsleverintothereverse
position.
4.Removetheprotectivecoversfromthehydraulic
couplersonthetractionunit.
5.Ensurethatallforeignmatteriscleanedfromthe
hydraulicconnectors.
