EuropeanCommunity(CE),youneedtopermanently

adjusttheenginespeedsothatitdoesnotrunabove

3300RPM,asfollows:

1.Starttheengineandrunitathalfthrottlefor5to

10minutestowarmitup.

Important:Theenginemustbewarmbefore

makingthisadjustment.

2.MovethethrottlelevertotheFastposition.

3.Checktheenginespeedonthetachometer.

Itshouldbearound3600RPM.

4.Loosenthejamnutsecuringthehighidleadjusting

screwontheengine(locatedonthethrottle/choke

controllinkage—

Figure2).

When the battery is fully charged, unplug the charger from the electrical outlet, then disconnect the charger leads from the battery posts (Figure 1).
