Inspecting/ReplacingtheDrive
Belt
ServiceInterval:Every25hours—Inspectthedrivebeltfor
wearordamage.
Every200hours—Replacethedrivebelt.
Replacethebeltifyoundanysignsofwear,cracks,or
damageorafter200operatinghours,whichevercomesrst.
Toreplacethedrivebelt,completethefollowingprocedure:
Note:Tocompletethisprocedure,youwillneedasturdy
metalhooktodisconnecttheidlerpulleyspring,suchasthe
SpringRemovalTool(Toropartnumber92–5771)available
fororderfromyouAuthorizedServiceDealer.
1.Lowertheloaderarms,stoptheengine,andremove
thekey.
2.Openthehood.
3.Connectthehookonthespringremovaltooltothe
hookontheidlerpulleyspring,anddisconnectthe
springfromthestudasillustratedin
