injuryordeath.Operatingthemachineonany
slopeoruneventerrainrequiresextracaution.
•Operatethemachineupanddownslopeswith
theheavyendofthemachineuphillandthe
loadclosetotheground.Weightdistribution
changeswithattachments.Anemptybucket
makestherearofthemachinetheheavyend,and
afullbucketmakesthefrontofthemachinethe
heavyend.Mostotherattachmentsmakethefront
ofthemachinetheheavyend.
•Havethepropertyorworkareamarkedforburied
linesandotherobjects,anddonotdiginmarked
areas.
•ReadandunderstandthecontentofthisOperator’s
Manualbeforestartingtheengine.
•Useyourfullattentionwhileoperatingthe
machine.Donotengageinanyactivitythat
causesdistractions;otherwise,injuryorproperty

operatethemachine.
•Keepyourhandsandfeetawayfromthemoving

workingonthemachine.
•Keepbystandersandchildrenoutoftheoperating
area.
•Stopthemachine,shutofftheengine,andremove
thekeybeforeservicing,fueling,orunclogging
themachine.
Improperlyusingormaintainingthismachinecan
resultininjury.Toreducethepotentialforinjury,
