Thekeyswitchhasthreepositions:off,run,andstart.
Tostarttheengine,rotatethekeytothestartposition.Release
thekeywhenenginestartsanditwillmoveautomaticallyto
therunposition.
Tostoptheengine,rotatethekeytotheoffposition.
ThrottleLever
Movethecontrolforwardtoincreasetheenginespeedand
rearwardtodecreasespeed.
ChokeLever
Beforestartingacoldengine,movethechokeleverforward.
Aftertheenginestarts,regulatethechoketokeeptheengine
runningsmoothly.Assoonaspossible,movethechokelever
allthewayrearward.
Note:Awarmenginerequireslittleornochoking.
HourMeter
Whentheengineisoff,thehourmeterdisplaysthenumber
ofhoursofoperationthathavebeenloggedonthemachine.
ReferenceBar
Whendrivingthemachine,usethereferencebarasahandle
andaleveragepointforcontrollingthetractioncontrol.To
ensuresmooth,controlledoperation,donottakebothhands
offofthereferencebarwhileoperatingthemachine.
InterlockRod
Theinterlockrodholdsthegrindercontrolleverinplace.
Lifetherodupandswingitovertosecurethegrindercontrol
lever.
ParkingBrake
Toengagetheparkingbrake,lifttheleverupwards.To
disengagetheparkingbrake,pushtheleverdownwards.
