ReplacingtheHydraulicFilter
ServiceInterval:Every200hours
1.Positionmachineonalevelsurface.
2.Lowerthegrinder.
3.Stoptheengine,removethekey,andwaitforallmoving
partstostopbeforeleavingtheoperatingposition.
4.Removethetopcover.
5.Removeanddiscardtheoldlter(
Figure56).

5.Removethetopcover.
6.Removethehydraulictankllercapandlter

7.Placeadrainpancapableofhold10USGallons(37.8
l)underthehydraulictank.
8.Pinchthehoseclampandslidetheclampandhose
offofthettingonthehydraulictank,allowingthe
hydraulicuidtodrainfromthehoseandtankinto
thepan.

11.Add8oz(236ml)ofAMSOIL

Slip-Lock™
differentialadditiveoranequivalentdifferential
additivetothehydraulictank.

12.Installthehydrauliclterandllercap(
Figure56)and
torqueboltontopto110to140in-lb(13to15.5N-m).
13.Starttheengineandletitrunforafewminutes.
14.Stoptheengine.
15.Checkthehydraulicuidlevelandtopitoffif
necessary;refertoCheckingHydraulicFluid.
16.Cleanupanyspilleduid.
17.Installthetopcover.
