Keepyourhands,feet,face,otherbodyparts,
andclothingawayfromthemuferandotherhot
surfaces.
ServicingtheAirCleaner
ServiceInterval:Beforeeachuseordaily—Check
theair-lter-serviceindicator.
Every100hours—Removetheair-cleaner
coverandcleanoutdebris.(Cleanmoreoften
indirtyordustyconditions.)
Every500hours—Servicetheaircleaner.
(Servicemorefrequentlyinextremelydustyor
dirtyconditions).
CheckingtheAirCleaner
1.Parkthemachineonalevelsurface,engagethe
parkingbrake,andlowertheloaderarms.
2.Shutofftheengineandremovethekey.
3.Openthehood.
4.Checktheair-cleanerbodyfordamage,which
couldpossiblycauseanairleak.
Replaceadamagedair-cleanerbody.
5.Checktheair-intakesystemforleaks,damage,
orloosehoseclamps.
6.Servicetheair-cleanerlterandsafetyelement
whenalerted.
Important:Donotover-servicetheairlter.
