Thesafetybailcontrolstheengine.Holdthesafety
bailagainstthehandlewhenyoustarttheengineand
usethemachine.Releasethesafetybailtoshutoff
theengine(Figure3).
ThrottleLever
Thethrottlelevercontrolsenginespeed.Withthe
leverdown,intheDISENGAGEposition,theengine
runsatidle.Thisisalsothestartingposition.When
theenginespeedincreases,totheENGAGEDposition,
thecentrifugalclutchengagesandthecuttingwheel
rotates.
