Maintenance
ReplacingtheHydraulicFilter
ServiceInterval:Every200hours
1.Positionmachineonalevelsurface.
2.Lowertheboomandsettheparkingbrake.
3.Stoptheengine,removethekey,andwaitforall
movingpartstostopbeforeleavingtheoperating
position.
4.Removethetopcover.
5.Removeanddiscardtheoldlter(Figure58).

in-lb(13to15.5N-m).

1.Positionthemachineonalevelsurface.
2.Lowertheboomandsettheparkingbrake.
3.Stoptheengine,removethekey,andwaitforall
movingpartstostopbeforeleavingtheoperating
position.
4.Allowthemachinetocoolcompletely.
5.Removethetopcover.
6.Removethehydraulictankllercapandlter
(Figure58).
7.Placeadrainpancapableofhold10USGallons
(37.8l)underthehydraulictank.
8.Pinchthehoseclampandslidetheclampandhose
offofthettingonthehydraulictank,allowingthe
hydraulicuidtodrainfromthehoseandtankinto
thepan.

11.Add8oz(236ml)ofAMSOIL
®
Slip-Lock™
differentialadditiveoranequivalentdifferential
additivetothehydraulictank.

12.Installthehydrauliclterandllercap(Figure58)
andtorqueboltontopto110to140in-lb(13to
15.5N-m).
13.Starttheengineandletitrunforafewminutes.
14.Stoptheengine.
