1.Carefullyslidethefoamelementontothepaperair
cleanerelement(Figure32).
2.Placetheaircleanerassemblyontotheaircleaner
baseandsecureitwiththe2wingnuts(Figure32).
3.Placetheaircleanercoverintopositionandtighten
thecoverknob(Figure32).
ServicingtheEngineOil
ServiceInterval:Aftertherst8hours—Changethe
engineoil.
Beforeeachuseordaily—Checkthe
engineoillevel.
Every100hours—Changetheengine
oil.
Every200hours—Changetheoil
lter.
Note:Changetheoilmorefrequentlywhenthe
operatingconditionsareextremelydustyorsandy.
OilType:Detergentoil(APIserviceSF,SG,SH,orSJ)
CrankcaseCapacity:58ounces(1.7liter)withthelter
removed;51ounces(1.5liter)withoutthelterremoved

1.Parkthemachineonalevelsurface.
2.Lowertheboomandsettheparkingbrake.
3.Stoptheengine,removethekey,andwaitforall
movingpartstostopbeforeleavingtheoperating
position.
4.Cleanaroundtheoildipstick(Figure34)sothatdirt
cannotfallintothellerholeanddamagetheengine.
