Charging, Ignition System
Regulator Resistance
•
Set the KAWASAKI Hand Tester selector switch to the R
100
position.
•
Connect the test leads to the points shown on the chart and read the
resistance.
There are two(2) types of Regulator on FH engines as follows:
(with out Charging Monitor Type …3 Blades)
NOTE
Resistance value may vary with individual meters.
(With Charging Monitor type … 5 Blades)
If the resistance is not as specified replace the regulator.
