8. Remove the two hydraulic lines that go to each

wheel motor and attach to A and B ports on the

new valve.

9. Remove the hydraulic line that goes to the brush

motor and attach it to port T2 on the new valve.

10. Disconnect the old valve and both check valves

from the filter and discard.

11. Remove the hydraulic fittings between the filter

and the old valve from the filter. Discard.

12. Plug the wire harness (01-606-0420) for the

on/off switch into the back of the valve on the

solenoid. Attach the new valve to the frame using

the 5/16" x 1" long bolts. Secure tightly.

13. Fill the filter full of oil. Attach the filter to the

new valve.

14. Tighten all fittings and hydraulic hoses. If

necessary, rotate the fittings to eliminate any

binding of the hoses.
