CheckingtheNitrogen
Charge
ServiceInterval:Every100hours—Checkthe
nitrogenchargeintheaccumulator.
WARNING
Withinthebreakerisachambercontaining
pressurizednitrogen,whichundertheright
circumstancescouldexplode,injuringor
killingyouorbystanders.
Donottakeapartthebodyofthebreaker.
Donotattempttochargethechamber
yourself.Alwaystakethebreakertoan
AuthorizedServiceDealerforcharging.
Ensurethatthebreakerischargedonly
withnitrogen.Othergasescanexplode.
Donotshipthechargedbreakerviaair
freight.
Insidethebreakerisanaccumulator,achamberof
pressurizednitrogen.Afterseveralhoursofusethe
pressuremaydecrease,reducingtheperformance
ofthebreaker.
Strongvibrationsintheauxiliaryhydraulichosesarea
signthepressureisdroppinginthechamber.Ifthis
shouldhappen,bringthebreakertoyourAuthorized
ServiceDealertobecharged.
Nitrogengaspressure:8bar(116psi)
1.Parkthemachineonalevelsurface,engage
theparkingbrake(ifapplicable),andlowerthe
breakerontheground.
2.Shutofftheengineandremovethekey.
3.Removethegasvalveplugfromthecylinder
cover.
