1.Parkthemachineonalevelsurface,engagethe
parkingbrake,andlowerthegrinder.
2.Shutofftheengineandremovethekey.
3.Allowthemachinetocoolcompletely.
4.Removethetopcover.
5.Removethehydraulic-tankllercapandlter
(Figure58).
6.Placeadrainpancapableofholding38L(10
USgallons)underthehydraulictank.
7.Removethehydraulictankdrainplugandallow
theuidtodrainintothepan(Figure59).

orreplaceanythatarewornor
damagedandtorquethenutsforall
teeth.
Duetothehighamountofwearplacedontheteeth,
youneedtorotateandreplacethemperiodically
(Figure60).

securingthetooth(Figure61).Pushthetoothforward
androtateitonethirdofaturn,bringinganunused
edgetotheoutside.Torquethenutsecuringthetooth
to68N∙m(50ft-lb).
Toreplaceatooth,removethenutsecuringthetooth
toremoveit,theninstallanewtooth,spacer,and
nutinthesameposition(Figure61).Torquethenut
securingthetoothto68N∙m(50ft-lb).
