asonawaterheaterorotherappliance.
Ifyouspillfuel,donotattempttostarttheengine;
avoidcreatinganysourceofignitionuntilthefuel
vaporshavedissipated.

volumeisacceptable.EthanolandMTBEare
notthesame.Fuelwith15%ethanol(E15)by
volumeisnotapprovedforuse.Neveruse
fuelthatcontainsmorethan10%ethanolby
volume,suchasE15(contains15%ethanol),E20
(contains20%ethanol),orE85(containsupto
85%ethanol).Usingunapprovedfuelmaycause
performanceproblemsand/orenginedamage
whichmaynotbecoveredunderwarranty.
Donotusefuelcontainingmethanol.
Donotstorefueleitherinthefueltankorinfuel
containersoverthewinterunlessyouuseafuel
stabilizer.
Donotaddoiltofuel.
Important:Toreducestartingproblems,addfuel
stabilizertothefuelallseason,mixingitwithfuel
lessthan30daysold;runthemachinedrybefore
storingitformorethan30days.
Donotusefueladditivesotherthanafuel
stabilizer/conditioner.Donotusefuelstabilizers
withanalcoholbasesuchasethanol,methanol,
orisopropanol.

Fillthefueltankoutdoors,inanopenarea,when

1/2inch)belowthebottomofthellerneck.This
emptyspaceinthetankallowsfueltoexpand.
Neversmokewhenhandlingfuel,andstayaway
fromanopenameorwherefuelfumesmaybe
ignitedbyaspark.
Storefuelinanapprovedcontainerandkeepit
outofthereachofchildren.Neverbuymorethan
a30-daysupplyoffuel.
Donotoperatewithouttheentireexhaustsystem
inplaceandinproperworkingcondition.
Incertainconditionsduringfueling,staticelectricity
canbereleased,causingasparkwhichcanignitethe
fuelvapors.Areorexplosionfromfuelcanburnyou
andothersandcandamageproperty.
Alwaysplacefuelcontainersonthegroundaway
fromyourvehiclebeforelling.
Donotllfuelcontainersinsideavehicleoron
atruckortrailerbed,becauseinteriorcarpetsor
plastictruck-bedlinersmayinsulatethecontainer
andslowthelossofanystaticcharge.
Whenpractical,removefuel-poweredequipment
fromthetruckortrailer,andfueltheequipment
withthewheelsontheground.Ifthisisnot
possible,thenrefuelsuchequipmentonatruckor
trailerfromaportablecontainerratherthanfrom
afueldispensernozzle.
Ifyoumustuseafuel-dispensernozzle,keep
thenozzleincontactwiththerimofthefueltank
orcontaineropeningatalltimesuntilfuelingis
complete.
Fuelisharmfulorfatalifswallowed.Long-term
exposuretovaporscancauseseriousinjuryand
illness.
Avoidprolongedbreathingofvapors.
Keepyourfaceawayfromthenozzleandthefuel
tankorconditioneropening.
Keepfuelawayfromyoureyesandskin.
