ordamage.
Replaceawornordamagedblade.
9.Removethe4carriageboltsandlocknuts
securingthecuttingbladeassembly(Figure27),
andremoveitfromtheforkmountingbracket.

10.Removethe2boltsandwashersattachingthe
pulleytothebearing.Loosenthesetscrews
onthebearing,andslidethekeyofftheshaft
(Figure27).Removethebearingandpulleyby
removingthebearingfastenersfromthefork
mountingbracket.
11.Loosenthe2setscrewslocatedontheanged
bearing,andslidethebearingofftheshaft.
12.Loosenandremovetheslicer-shaftnutand
pulleyspacerfromtheshaft.
13.Carefullyslidethealternatingbladesand
spacersofftheshaft,andreplacethemas
necessary.
14.Reversetheproceduretoinstalltheassembly.
Note:Rotateeachblade1/6turnfromthe
previousblade.

Incorrectinstallationofthebladeor
componentsusedtoretainthebladecan
bedangerous.Failuretousealloriginal
componentsandassembledasshown
couldallowabladeorbladecomponent
tobethrownoutfromunderthedeck
resultinginseriouspersonalinjuryor
death.
AlwaysinstallToroblades,bladedrivers,
andbladeboltsasshown.
15.Returnthemachinetotheuprightposition.
16.Connectthewiretothesparkplug.
