CheckingtheBeltTension
ServiceInterval:Beforeeachuseordaily—Checkthebelt
tension.Iftheengineisworkingbutails
seemunderpowered,checkbelttension
1.Stopthemachineonalevelsurface,stoptheengine,
disconnectthespark-plugwire,andraisetheailblades
tothehighestposition.
2.Removethe4boltssecuringthebeltcovertotheleft
sideofthemachineandremovethecover(Figure19).
