Whentransportingthemachineonatrailer,alwaysusethe
followingprocedure:
Important:Donotoperateordrivethemachineon
roadways.
1.Drivethemachineontothetrailer,stopthemachine,
stoptheengine,turnoffthefuelvalve,anddisconnect
thespark-plugwire.
Important:Ifyoudonotturnoffthefuelvalve,
theenginemayoodduringtransport.
2.Insertthetransportlockingpinintothespringbracket
().
3.Securethemachinetothetrailerwithchainsorstraps,
usingthetie-down/liftloops(Figure5).
OperatingTips
•Forbestperformanceandmaximumtinepenetration,
watertheturfthoroughlythedaybeforeaerating.
•Cleantheareaofdebrisbeforeusingthemachine.
•Markandavoidshallowobstaclessuchassprinklerheads
andinvisible-fencewires.
