Replaceallcoversandguardsafteryouserviceorcleanthemachine.Donotoperatethemachinewithout
thecoversorguardsinplace.

•Checkthecrankcase-venttubeandcleanitifnecessary.
•Checktheindicatoronthedisplayscreenforarestrictedairlter.
•Checktheengineoillevel.
•Checkthetracktension.
•Checkthecoolantlevelintheradiator.
•Checkthehydraulicuidlevel.
•Checkthedrilling-uidpumpoillevel.
•Cleanthemachinewiththespray-hoseattachment.
Every50hours
•Checkandcleanthedustvalve.
•Removeaircleanercoverandcleanoutdebris.Donotremovethelter.
•Checkthefuel-waterseparatorforwaterandsediment.
•Checkthebatterycondition.
•Checkthetracksrotarymotorplanetary-driveoillevel(Also,checkifexternal
leakageisobserved).
Every250hours
•Cleanorreplacetheair-cleanerlter.
•Changetheengineoillter.
•Changetheengineoil.
•Replacetheprimaryandsecondaryfuellters.
•Checktheconditionoftheengine-drivebelt.
Every300hours
•Checktheconditionofthecoolantsystemcomponents.Cleandirtanddebrisfrom
themandrepairorreplacethecomponentsasnecessary.
