4.Tightentheset-screwcatchuntilthecatchbottoms
outagainstthesteeringcontrolpivot,thenloosenthe
screw1/2to3/4turn.
5.Installtheaccesspanel.
AdjustingtheTractionDrive
forNeutral
Whenpositionedonalevelsurface,themachinemustnot
creepwhenthetractionpedalisreleased.Ifitdoescreep,
adjustasfollows:
1.Parkthemachineonalevelsurface,stoptheengine,
andlowerthecuttingunittotheoor.
2.Blockthetires.
3.Adjustthemiddlenutdependingonwhichwaythe
machineiscreeping:
•Ifthemachineiscreepingforward,turnthemiddle
nutcounterclockwise.
•Ifthemachineiscreepingbackward,turnthe
middlenutclockwise.
