•Checkthebatteryelectrolytelevel(replacementbatteryonly).
•Checktheaxleoillevels.
•Checkthecoolingsystemhoses.
•Checkthehydrauliclinesforleaks,loosettings,kinkedlines,loosemounting
supports,wear,weather,andchemicaldeterioration.
•Checkfordirtbuild-upinthechassis.
Every250hours
•Removetheaircleanercover,cleanoutanydebris,andchecktheairlterservice
indicatorlight(morefrequentlyifconditionsaredustyorsandy).
•Changetheengineoilandlter
•Drainandcleanthefueltank.
•Checkthebatterycableconnections.
•Checkthetransmissionoil.
•Cleantheradiator.
Every400hours
•Checkthefuellinesandconnectionsfordeterioration,damage,orlooseconnections.
Every500hours
•Replacetheairlter(morefrequentlyifconditionsaredustyorsandy).
•Replacethefuellter/waterseparator.
•CheckandmaintaintheROPS;checkitafteranaccident.
Every1,000hours
•Changethetransmissionoil.
