2.Bringyourproofofpurchase(salesreceipt)totheservicecenter
location.Theservicecenterwilldiagnosetheproblemanddetermine
ifitiscoveredunderwarranty.

OwnerResponsibilities
YoumustmaintainyourT oroProductbyfollowingthemaintenance
proceduresdescribedintheOperator’sManual.Suchroutinemaintenance,
whetherperformedbyadealerorbyyou,isatyourexpense.Parts
scheduledforreplacementasrequiredmaintenance(“MaintenanceParts”),
arewarrantedfortheperiodoftimeuptothescheduledreplacementtime
forthatpart.Failuretoperformrequiredmaintenanceandadjustmentscan
begroundsfordisallowingawarrantyclaim.
ItemsandConditionsNotCovered
Notallproductfailuresormalfunctionsthatoccurduringthewarrantyperiod
aredefectsinmaterialsorworkmanship.Thisexpresswarrantydoesnot
coverthefollowing:
•Costofregularmaintenanceorparts,suchasfuel,lubricants,oil
changes,cable/linkageadjustments,teeth,tines,blades,sparkplugs,
tires,tracks,lters,orchains
•Componentsfailingduetonormalwear
•Anyproductorpartthathasbeenaltered,misused,neglected,requires
replacementorrepairduetoaccidentsorlackofpropermaintenance
•Pickupanddeliverycharges
•RepairsorattemptedrepairsbyanyoneotherthananAuthorizedT oro
ServiceCenter
•Failuretofollowthefuelinginstructionsandrequirements(consultthe
Operator'sManualfordetails),suchas:
–Useofoldfuel(morethan1monthold)orfuelwhichcontains
morethan10%ethanolormorethat15%MTBE
–Failuretodrainthefuelsystempriortoanyperiodofnon-use
over1month
–Improperfuel
•Repairsoradjustmentsduetothefollowing:
–Contaminantsinthefuelsystem
–Failuretoperformrequiredmaintenanceand/oradjustments
•Improperstartingprocedures
•Productfailuresresultingfromtheuseofmodiedorunapproved
accessoriesornon-T oroparts.
•Failurescausedbyoutsideinuence,including,butnotlimitedto,
weather;storagepractices;contamination;ortheuseofunapproved
coolants,lubricants,additives,orchemicals
GeneralConditions
AllrepairscoveredbythesewarrantiesmustbeperformedbyanAuthorized
ToroServiceDealerusingT oroapprovedreplacementparts.Repairbyan
AuthorizedT oroServiceDealerisyoursoleremedyunderthiswarranty.
NeitherTheToroCompanynorToroWarrantyCompanyisliablefor
indirect,incidental,orconsequentialdamagesinconnectionwiththe
useoftheToroProductscoveredbythesewarranties,includingany
costorexpenseofprovidingsubstituteequipmentorserviceduring
reasonableperiodsofmalfunctionornon-usependingcompletionof
repairsunderthesewarranties.
Allimpliedwarranties,includingmerchantabilityandtnessfora
particularpurpose,arelimitedtothedurationoftheexpresswarranty.
Somestatesdonotallowexclusionsofincidentalorconsequential
damages,orlimitationsonhowlonganimpliedwarrantylasts,sotheabove
exclusionsmaynotapplytoyou.
Thiswarrantygivesyouspeciclegalrights,andyoumayalsohaveother
rightswhichvaryfromstatetostate.
