Mounting bracket Note: Discard the mounting strap. 3. Nut 2. Bolt 2. Apply the thread locker to the horn stud. 5. Connect the wire harness to the horn posts (Figure 7). 3. Install the horn onto the mounting bracket and torque to 7.73 to 12.8 N-m (5.7 to 9.5 ft-lb) (Figure 5).
