1 3 Preparing the Machine Removing the Headlight Cover (Machines without the Work Light Kit) No Parts Required Procedure 1. Move the machine to a level surface. No Parts Required 2. Set the parking brake and lower the attachments to the ground. Procedure 1. At the left front headlight cover, remove the 2 flanged-head bolts that secure the headlight cover to the front-headlight shroud of the ROPS frame. 3. Stop the engine and remove the key.

From the back of the headlight shroud, reach through the access hole at the left headlight and release the mounting latch that secures the headlight to the shroud (Figure 3). Drilling Holes in the Headlight Shroud 1. Align the square-tube spacer between the forward-mounting flange cable chute and the front headlight shroud as shown in C of Figure 5. 2. Align the holes in the mounting flange of the cable chute and the square-tube spacer by inserting the 2 flanged-head bolts (10 x 70 mm) through the holes, refer to C in Figure 5 3.
