For machines with wheels. 1 1. Park the machine on a level surface and lower all attachments to the ground. Preparing the Machine 2. Shut off the engine and remove the key from the key switch. No Parts Required 3. Move the master disconnect switch to the Off position; refer to the Operator’s Manual for the machine. Procedure 4. Jack up the front left side of the machine and place a jack stand under the front axle to support the machine.

2. Support the hub to keep it from moving, then remove the king pin. 1 2 Note: The king pin will not be reused. 3. Lubricate the O-ring and insert it into the groove on the new king pin. Note: Use a small screwdriver or similar tool to ensure that the O-ring is inserted into the grooved slot (Figure 3). 1 2 g026129 Figure 5 1. King pin 2. Axle housing 7.
