INSTALL LIFT SUPPORT
1. On both sides of the grass basket there is a part
ing line made when the basket is molded. Using the
parting line as a guide and dimensions shown in
figure 1, drill (2) 5/16" dia. holes through both sides
of the basket.

2. Install lift support on inside of basket with caps
crews, flat washers, dished plates, and locknuts (Fig.
1). Tighten nuts snuggly, but not so tight that plastic
is deformed on inside or outside of basket.
Note: Make sure dished side of lift support matches
with curved part of grass basket.
INSTALL WEAR PLATES
1. Install wear plate against side of grass basket
and line up its edge with parting line in the basket
(Fig. 2).
2. While holding wear plate in position, use as a
template and drill (4) 5/16" dia. holes in side of bas
ket (FIg. 2).

3. Secure wear plate in place with capscrews, flat
washers, and locknuts (Fig. 2). Tighten locknuts
snuggly, but not so tight that plastic is deformed on
inside or outside of basket.
4. Install wear plate against other side of basket
using steps 13.
