•Stoptheengineandwaitforallmoving
partstostop.
•Weargloveswhilehandlingtheexiblade
orcutterbar.
CAUTION
Iftheenginehasbeenrunning,themufer
willbehotandcanseverelyburnyou.Keep
awayfromthehotmufer.
Adjustthecuttingheightasdesired.
1.Turnthefuelswitchtotheoffposition.
2.Disconnectthewirefromthesparkplug.
3.Tiltthemachineonitsleftside.
4.Wearingprotectivegloves,removethe
exiblade/cutterbar.
5.Removetheretainingbolt.
6.Repositionthespacerstothedesiredheight,
thenreinstalltheexiblade/cutterbar(Figure13,
Figure12).
