TransportingtheMachine
Useaheavy-dutytrailerortrucktotransportthe
machine.Thetinescanbelockedintheupposition
bytappingandholdingthemulti-functionswitchin
thedownpositionuntiltheLEDindicatorappearson
thehourmeter/tineengagementdisplay.Engage
theparkingbrakeandblockthewheels.Ensurethat
thefuel-shutoffvalveisclosed.Securelyfastenthe
machinetothetrailerortruckwithstraps,chains,
cable,orropes.Ifpossible,bothfrontandrear
strapsshouldbedirecteddownandoutwardfrom
themachine.Useonlythe4designatedtie-down
locationsonthemachine—2ontheleftsideand2on
theright(seeFigure25).Ensurethatthetraileror
truckhasallthenecessarylightingandmarkingas
requiredbylaw.Secureatrailerwithasafetychain.
