Procedure
Pressure: 12 to 14 psi (83 to 97 kP a)
Pressure for 60 inc h mo w ers: 14 to 16 psi (97 to
110 kP a)
Note: T he front caster wheel is a semi-pneumatic
tire and does not need to be c hec k ed.
Chec k the air pressure in the dri v e tires .

Checking the Idler Arms for
Grease
Parts needed for this step:
1 tube
Number 2 general purpose lithium base
or molybdenum base grease. (Purchase
separately.)
Procedure
1. R emo v e the car rier frame co v er .
2. Chec k the mo w er belt idler ar m for g rease
( Figure 2 or Figure 3 ).
3. Install the car rier co v er .
