29. Remove the nut and the positive (red) cable from the

starter (Fig. 0811).

30. At the front of the engine, loosen the cable clamps

securing the throttle (bottom) and choke (top) cables

to the engine (Fig. 0812).

28. Remove the square key from the engine crankshaft

(Fig. 0810).

31. Remove the throttle and choke cables from the cable

clamps and disconnect the z-bends from the control

linkage (Fig. 0813).
