24. Remove the key from the crankshaft keyway (Fig.

0887).

25. Lower the machine.

26. At the front of the engine, loosen the cable clamps

securing the throttle (bottom) and choke (top) cables

to the engine (Fig. 0888).

23. Slide the drive pulley off the crankshaft (Fig. 0886).

27. Remove the throttle and choke cables from the cable

clamps and disconnect the z-bends from the control

linkage (Fig. 0889).
