17. Remove the 2 bolts and nuts securing the transmis-

sion axle ﬂ ange bearing to the frame (Fig. 1106).

18. Slide the transmission pulley/output shaft assembly

away from the transmission and out of the frame

(Fig. 1107).

16. Remove the wheel drive belt from the transmission

pulley (Fig. 1105).

19. Remove the coupler and coupler guard from the

transmission splined shaft (Fig. 1108).
