Wheel Drive Belt & Wheel Hub Removal

1. Turn the engine off and remove the key from the

ignition.

2. Raise the machine so the rear tire is off the ground.

3. Remove the 3 lower idler support mounting bolts

(Fig. 0091).

5. Rotate the idler support bracket so that it is out of

the way of the transmission pulley (Fig. 0093).

6. Remove the wheel drive belt from the transmission

pulley and remove it from around the drive wheel

(Fig. 0094).

4. Loosen the idler support bracket pivot bolt (Fig.

0092).
