. Remove the bolts and nuts holding the discharge baffle, front baffle and the turbo plate in place (Figure 1). 2 3. Reinstall the inner carriage bolt and nut into the square hole in the deck after removing the discharge baffle (Figure 1). Removing the Existing Baffles No Parts Required Note: Some of the hardware will be used for installing the recycler baffles. Procedure Note: Save the baffles and remaining hardware for use when changing to side discharging mode. Note: The 72 inch mower is shown.

• On 72 inch mowers, secure the right baffle to the top of the mower with new 2 bolts (1/2 x 1 inch) and 2 new nuts (1/2 inch) (Figure 2). 3 • On 60 inch mowers, secure the right baffle to the top of the mower with 1 new bolt (1/2 x 1 inch) and 1 new nut (1/2 inch) (Figure 2).
