•Checkblowergearboximpellerfortightnessevery50

hours.Torqueimpellershaftboltto27to29N-m(240to

260in.-lbs).

•Cleangrassclippingsfromhood,chute,blowerand

cuttingunitaftereachuse.Washundersideofcuttingunit

dailywithhose.Anexcessivebuildupofclippingswill

impaircollectionsystemperformance.

•Checkbelttensionandwearevery50hours.

•Theblowergearboxshouldneedlittlemaintenance.

Checkforleakageevery50hours.Ifleakageshould

occur,replacesealsandrellwith50ml(2oz)ofhigh

qualitymolydisuldegrease.Repackbearingswiththis

greasebeforeassembling.

•RefertotheCuttingUnitandTractionUnitOperator's

Manualsforservicerequirementsofeach.

•Keepunitclean.Assureengineisfreeofdirtandchaff.

Makesureallfastenersaretight.Checkdeectors,bafes

andshieldsforwearandreplaceasneeded.
