connectionsandttingsaretightbefore

applyingpressuretothehydraulicsystem.

holeleaksornozzlesthatejecthighpressure

hydraulicuid.

•Usecardboardorpapertondhydraulicleaks.

•Safelyrelieveallpressureinthehydraulicsystem

beforeperforminganyworkonthehydraulic

system.

•Getimmediatemedicalhelpifuidisinjected

intoskin.

1.Checkandtightenallttingsandhydraulicconnections.

2.Lowerthemachineandremovethejackstands.

3.Ensurethatthehydraulicpumpbypassvalveisinthe

operationposition;refertothepushingortowingthe

machineinstructionsintheOwner’sManual.

4.Checkthehydraulicoillevelandreplenishitasrequired.

5.Startthemachineandallowthehydraulicsystemto

pressurize.

6.Stoptheengineandcheckthehydraulictubes,hoses,

andttingsforleaks.

Note:Repairallleaksbeforeoperatingthemachine.
