Caster Tire contacts the deck when set at 5 inch Height-of-Cut (HOC)

Situation: The wing deck caster tires on the GM 4000 or GM 4010 may contact the bullnose on the

front of the wing deck when set to 5 inches height-of-cut (see image below).

Instructions: New Caster Wheel Mounts are available for the front caster wheels on the wing decks.

These brackets move the caster wheel forward to allow clearance between the tire and the deck at all

heights-of-cut.

Replace the caster fork brackets with the improved Fork Bracket (121-1720-01) and scrap the original

Bracket (104-7525-01). Contact your Distributor with any questions.
