CheckingtheHydraulic
System
ServiceInterval:Beforeeachuseordaily
Checkthelevelofthehydraulicuidbeforetheengineisrst
startedanddailythereafter.
1.Positionthemachineonalevelsurface.
2.Placethecontrolsintheneutrallockedpositionand
starttheengine.
Note:RunengineatlowestpossibleRPMtopurge
thesystemofair.DonotengagethePTO.
3.Raisethedecktoextendliftcylinders,stoptheengine,
andremovethekey.
4.Raisetheseattoaccessthehydraulicuidtank.
5.Removethehydraulicllcap(Figure66)fromtheller
neck.

7.Placethedipstickintothellerneck;thenremoveit
andchecklevelofuid(Figure66).

8.Replacethedipstickandthreadthellcapnger-tight
ontollerneck.
9.Checkallhosesandttingsforleaks.
