Installing the Jack Stand 3. Crank the jack handle to raise or lower the jack to the desired height. 1. Secure the jack mount to the castor arm with 2 bolts (3/8 x 3-1/4 inch), flat washers .406 x .813 inch and flange nuts (3/8 inch). Position the components as shown in Figure 1. Make sure the jack mount is bolted to the straight section of the castor arm. 1 2 4. To store the jack: • Align the holes in the jack tube with the hole in the storage tube on top of the jack mount (Figure 3).
