1.Parkthemachineonalevelsurface.

2.Engagetheparkingbrake.

3.Shutofftheengineandremovethekey.

Procedure

1.Removethe4boltsandwashersthatsecurethe

seat-supportstrapstothefueltank(Figure1).

Note:Retaintheboltsandwashersforinstalling

thenewseat.

2.Disconnecttheelectricalharnessfromtheseat

switchonthebottomoftheseat.

3.Removeanddiscardtheboltsandwashersthat

securetheseatbelttotheexistingseat(Figure

1).

Note:Retaintheseatbeltforinstallingthenew

seat.

4.Removeanddiscardthe4locknutsthatsecure

theseattotheseat-supportstraps(Figure1).

Note:Youmaydiscardtheseatstraps.
