InterlockSwitch
1.Shutofftheengine.
2.Engagetheparkingbrake.
3.TurntheignitionkeytopositionI.Theparking
brakeindicatorlightshouldilluminate.
4.Disengagetheparkingbrake.Theindicatorlight
shouldgooutandtheengineshouldnotstart
whenyouturntheignitionkey.
5.Engagetheparkingbrake,sitontheoperator
seat,andstarttheengine.
6.Disengagetheparkingbrake.
7.Risefromtheoperatorseatandensurethatthe
engineshutsoff.
CheckingtheTransmission
NeutralInterlockSwitch
1.Shutofftheengine.
2.Removeyourfootfromtheforward/reverse
travelpedals.
3.TurntheignitionkeytopositionIandthe
transmissionneutralindicatorlightshould
illuminate.
4.Applylightpressuretothetravelpedalsina
forwardandreversedirectiontocheckthatthe
indicatorlightturnsoff.
Note:Useextremecaretoensurethatthearea
aroundthemachineisclearbeforecheckingthatthe
enginedoesnotstartunderthiscondition.

•Seekimmediatemedicalattentionifuidisinjected
intoskin.Injecteduidmustbesurgicallyremoved
withinafewhoursbyadoctor.
•Ensurethatallhydraulic-uidhosesandlinesare
ingoodconditionandallhydraulicconnections
andttingsaretightbeforeapplyingpressureto
thehydraulicsystem.
•Keepyourbodyandhandsawayfrompinhole
leaksornozzlesthatejecthigh-pressurehydraulic
uid.
•Usecardboardorpapertondhydraulicleaks.
•Safelyrelieveallpressureinthehydraulicsystem
beforeperforminganyworkonthehydraulic
system.
CheckingtheHydraulic
LinesandHoses
ServiceInterval:Beforeeachuseordaily
Checkthehydrauliclinesandhosesforleaks,kinked
lines,loosemountingsupports,wear,loosettings,
weatherdeterioration,andchemicaldeterioration.
Makeallnecessaryrepairsbeforeoperating.
