stoponlevelground;
disengagethedrivetothecutterheads;
liftcutterheadstothetransportpositionand
securelylockthesafetylatchesoralternatively
lowercutterheadstotheground;
Ensurethetransmissionisinneutralandengage
theparkingbrake;
stoptheengineandremovethekey.
Whentransportingthemower:
disengagethedrivetothecutterheads;
raisethecutterheadstothetransportposition;
engagethetransportlatchesandsafetylocking
rings.

Whendrivingthemowerbetweenworksitesitis
importanttoensurethatthecutterheadscannotbe
inadvertentlyloweredandstarted:
disengagethedrivetothecutterheads;
raisethecutterheadstothetransportposition;
engagethetransportlatchesandsafetylocking
rings.
Stoptheengineanddisengagedrivetothe
cutterheads:
beforerefuelling;
beforemakingheightadjustmentunless
adjustmentcanbemadefromtheoperator's
position.
beforeclearingblockages;
beforechecking,cleaningorworkingonthe
mower;
afterstrikingaforeignobjectorifanabnormal
vibrationoccurs.Inspectthemowerfordamage
andmakerepairsbeforerestartingandoperating
theequipment.
Reducethethrottlesettingduringenginerun-out
and,iftheengineisprovidedwithashut-offvalve,
turnthefueloffattheconclusionofmowing.
Keephandsandfeetawayfromthecuttingunits.
Lookbehindanddownbeforebackinguptobesure
ofaclearpath.
