Park the machine on a level surface, lower the cutting unit or attachment, engage the parking brake, and shut off the engine, and remove the key. 2. Unlatch and raise the hood. Use the prop rod to hold it in place. 3. Remove the 2 flange head bolts securing the storage compartment support bracket to the frame (Figure 1).
For Models Equipped With a Yanmar Engine (Without a Cab) 1. Loosely install a rear shield to the right rear frame tube with a U-bolt and 2 flange nuts (Figure 3). 2.
