11. To aid in the access of the hydraulic pump high
pressure hoses, the fuel tank can be removed. Refer
to “Fuel Tank Replacement” on page 5-1.
12. Mark one of the high pressure hoses and the cor-
responding port location on the pump (Fig. 746).

10. Remove the charge hose from the hydraulic pump
fi tting (Fig. 745). Cap the hydraulic hose and fi tting
to prevent debris from entering the system.

9. Pull the return line hose from the fi tting and drain the
hydraulic fl uid into a drain pan (Fig. 744).

7. Inspect the key and replace it if worn or damaged.
8. Remove the hose clamp from the return line (Fig.
743).
