19. Pistol Grip – Gear only: Remove the neutral start

switch from the transmission (Fig. 835).

18. Pistol Grip – Gear only: Remove the two screws

and lock washers securing the wires to the top of the

neutral start switch (Fig. 834).

20. Pistol Grip – Gear only: Remove the cable tie

that secures the wire harness to the shift lever plate

bracket (Fig. 836).

21. Remove the 4 mounting bolts and lock washers that

secure the transmission to the chassis (Fig. 837).
