5. Hook the Z-bend of the throttle cable into the upper

hole of the speed control lever (Fig. 223).

2. Install the two carriage bolts and nuts to secure the

throttle control handle assembly to the control panel

(Fig. 220).

4. Continue routing the cable around the left side, in

between the mufﬂ er and the engine, up to the engine

control linkage (Fig. 222).

3. Route the cable down the right handle and install

the metal spring clip to secure the cable to the

handle. Route the cable down over the top of the

transmission (Fig. 221).
