mayresultinnon-conformancewithsafetystandards.

Wearglovesorwrapsharpedgesoftheblade

1.Holdthebladeendusingaragorthickly-padded
glove.
2.Removethebladebolt,anti-scalpplate,and
bladefromthespindleshaft(Figure25).
SharpeningtheBlades
WARNING
Whensharpeningblade,piecesofbladecould
bethrownandcauseseriousinjury.
Wearpropereyeprotectionwhensharpening
blades.
1.Sharpenthecuttingedgeatbothendsofthe
blade(Figure23).Maintaintheoriginalangle.
Thebladeretainsitsbalanceifthesameamount
ofmaterialisremovedfrombothcuttingedges.
