When installing the enclosure or performing service, use the correct supports, hoists, and jacks. Park the machine on a solid level floor, such as a concrete floor. If the enclosure is not properly supported, it may move or fall, which may result in personal injury.

Note: Lowering the deck onto furniture dollies eases the removal of the deck. WARNING If you start the engine and the PTO shaft is allowed to rotate, serious personal injury and machine damage could result. Do not start the engine and engage the PTO switch when the PTO drive shaft is disconnected from the cutting deck. 9. The 2 front skid mounts and rear mount can stay fastened to the skid and reused when you remove the enclosure for summer storage. 6. Position the enclosure above the vehicle and slowly set it down so that the roll bar is inside the enclosure. Important: For Kubota machines, ensure that the hoses and wires route through the cutouts behind the seat and do not get pinched or cut.

3. Secure the top hole of the washer bracket with a 1/4-inch bolt and 1/4-inch locknut. Position the nut to the outside. Connecting the Wire Harness 1. 7. Remove the drain plug and allow the radiator to drain into the pan. 8. Cut the lower radiator hose at the center of the straight section and drain the remainder of the system. 9. 10. 13. Secure the long and short hoses with cable ties being sure to avoid kinking as well as any hot, moving, or sharp parts. 14. Remove the caps sealing the quick-connect fittings and snap the caps together to keep them clean. Attach the fittings from the enclosure to the traction unit. 15.

CAUTION Discharge of hot pressurized coolant or touching the hot radiator and surrounding parts can cause severe burns. • Do not remove the radiator drain plug when the engine is hot. Always allow the engine to cool at least 15 minutes or until the radiator is cool enough to touch without burning your hand before removing the drain plug. • Do not touch radiator and surrounding parts that are hot.

Attach the fittings from the enclosure to the traction unit. 16. Remove the radiator cap and fill with fluid. Refer to the traction unit Operator’s Manual for radiator fluid specifications. Operation 7 Console Functions Finishing the Installation The console functions are listed in Figure 28. Each switch is controlled by a push button reset circuit breaker located directly above the switch. If 1 of the breaker buttons has popped out, wait several minutes and push it back in to reset it. If it pops out again, do not use the function and have the problem inspected. No Parts Required Procedure 1. Adjust the headlights lights so that they are properly aimed.
