CheckingtheFuses
Ifthemachinestopsorhasotherelectrical-system
issues,checkthefuses.Graspeachfuseinturnand
removethem1atatime,checkingtoseeifanyare
blown.Ifyouneedtoreplaceafuse,alwaysusethe
sametypeandamperageratedfuseasthe1you
arereplacing;otherwise,youcoulddamagethe
electricalsystem(refertothedecalnexttothefuses
foradiagramofeachfuseanditsamperage).

StoringtheBattery
Ifyoustorethemachineformorethan30days,
removethebatteryandchargeitfully.Eitherstore
itonashelforonthemachine.Leavethecables
disconnectedifyoustoreitonthemachine.Store
thebatteryinacoolatmospheretoavoidquick
deteriorationofthechargeinthebattery.Toprevent
thebatteryfromfreezing,ensurethatitisfully
charged.Thespecicgravityofafullychargedbattery
is1.265to1.299.
DiagnosticAceDisplay
Themachinecomeswithanelectroniccontroller
whichcontrolsmostofthemachinefunctions.The
controllerdetermineswhatfunctionisrequiredfor
variousinputswitches(e.g.,seatswitchandkey
switch)andturnsontheoutputstoactuatesolenoids
orrelaysfortherequestedmachinefunction.
Fortheelectroniccontrollertocontrolthemachineas
desired,eachoftheinputswitches,outputsolenoids,
andrelaysmustbeconnectedandfunctioning
properly.
UsetheDiagnosticACEdisplaytoolandoverlay
tohelpverifyandcorrectelectricalfunctionsofthe
machine.ContactyourT oroDistributorforassistance.
CheckingtheInterlock
Switches
Theinterlockswitchespreventtheenginefrom
crankingorstartingunlessthetractionpedalisinthe
NEUTRALpositionandthePTOisdisengaged.The
engineshouldstopwhenyoupressthetractionpedal
whenyouarenotsittingontheseatoriftheparking
brakeisengaged.
